Is OptiReaders Pro sold on AliExpress?

No. We sell only at optireaderspro.net. We do not operate an AliExpress store, and we cannot confirm what any AliExpress listing using our name currently ships.

Why does AliExpress shipping take so long?

AliExpress listings are typically fulfilled directly from factories or trading companies abroad, often with consolidated or slow shipping options selected by default to keep listed prices low.

Can a factory-direct listing match the graduated strength range?

We cannot verify any specific AliExpress listing. Factory listings commonly sell a fixed small set of powers or a single 'universal' lens rather than the full +1.00 to +3.50 range in 0.25 steps we offer.

Does AliExpress offer buyer protection?

AliExpress has its own buyer protection and dispute process for orders placed on its platform. That is separate from our 30-day guarantee, which only applies to orders at optireaderspro.net.

How do I know if an AliExpress seller's lens quality is verified?

We cannot verify third-party listings. Generic descriptions like 'reading glasses' without stated coatings or a progressive-zone diagram are a sign the lens quality has not been independently described.

What if an AliExpress order already arrived?

Use AliExpress's own dispute and return process, since that order and payment were processed by AliExpress, not us.

How do I confirm I am ordering the genuine product?

Check the domain reads optireaderspro.net, support is support@optireaderspro.net, and pricing is $29.99 / $49.99 / $69.99.

OptiReaders Pro on AliExpress: factory-direct does not mean verified

Q: What comes with an official OptiReaders Pro order?

A chosen strength from +1.00 to +3.50, a TR90 frame, a hardshell case and cloth, tracked worldwide shipping, and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

OptiReaders Pro ships only from optireaderspro.net. AliExpress listings are typically fulfilled straight from overseas factories with long default shipping and little per-listing quality verification — any listing there using our name is outside our system and unverified.

What "factory direct" actually changes

AliExpress removes the retailer layer, which can mean lower prices, but it also means the listing photos, descriptions and even the product itself can be swapped by the seller with little independent check. Shipping is commonly consolidated onto slow freight to keep the listed price down, so multi-week delivery windows are typical for budget listings on that platform generally.

None of that tells you whether a specific listing carrying our name actually ships a progressive lens — we have no way to inspect a listing we did not create.

What ordering direct gets you instead

A strength chosen from +1.00 to +3.50 in 0.25 steps, a TR90 frame, a hardshell case and cloth, tracked worldwide dispatch within 24 business hours, and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email support@optireaderspro.net for a swap or refund.

If an AliExpress order already arrived

Open a dispute through AliExpress's own buyer protection process, since that order and payment were handled by AliExpress, not us. For the strength range and guarantee described on our glasses page, order directly next time.

Who this page is not for

If you regularly buy from AliExpress, understand the long shipping window, and are comfortable with generic readers rather than a verified graduated lens, this page will not change your mind. It is for anyone who thought an AliExpress listing was the same as our official bundles.
