Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock or an address cannot be served — and will refund in full where we do.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay, including shipping. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment processor. We do not store card details.

Delivery

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund.

Product use and disclaimer

OptiReaders Pro are non-prescription magnifying reading glasses intended for age-related close-up blur. They are not a medical device, not a substitute for an eye examination, and not suitable for correcting astigmatism or a diagnosed eye condition. Do not wear them while driving unless you have confirmed they are appropriate with an eye-care professional.

Guarantee and liability

Our 30-day money-back guarantee is set out on the returns page and applies to orders placed on this site. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
