Shipping and delivery

Cost

Standard tracked shipping is $10.99 on a single pair. Any order of two pairs or more ships free, which covers both the 2-pair and 3-pair bundles.

Dispatch

Orders placed on a business day are packed and handed to the carrier within 24 hours. Weekend and holiday orders go out on the next business day. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the label is scanned.

Delivery windows

• United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand: 5–9 business days
• European Union: 6–10 business days
• Rest of world: 7–14 business days
• Customs inspection can add time and is outside our control

Wrong address or missed delivery

Email support@optireaderspro.net as soon as you notice. Before dispatch we can change the address freely. After dispatch we can usually redirect through the carrier, but not always — if a parcel is returned to sender we reship at no cost.
