Where your tracking number is

When your parcel is scanned by the carrier we email a tracking link to the address you used at checkout. If it is not in your inbox, check spam and promotions folders before assuming it was not sent.

When tracking starts moving

Orders are packed within 24 hours on business days. The first carrier scan usually appears within one to two days of dispatch. It is normal for tracking to sit quiet for a few days while a parcel is in transit between hubs, particularly on international legs.

Expected delivery windows

• US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand: 5–9 business days
• European Union: 6–10 business days
• Rest of world: 7–14 business days
• Customs inspection can add several days and is outside our control

If it stalls

Email support@optireaderspro.net with your order number if tracking has not updated for five business days. We open a carrier trace and, if a parcel is confirmed lost, reship or refund. More detail on the shipping page and via contact.
