The 30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your glasses for a refund of the product price. Email support@optireaderspro.net with your order number and we will send return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return arrives, typically within five business days.

Damaged or faulty on arrival

If a pair arrives cracked, scratched or with a hinge fault, send a photo within 14 days of delivery. We replace it — no return shipping required, no argument.

What is not covered

• Accidental damage after use — sat on, dropped, scratched by keys
• Normal wear on the coating after months of cleaning
• Returns started after the 30-day window has closed
• Purchases from third-party sellers, which never entered our system

Return shipping
