Complaint 1: 'It took days to get used to them'
This is the most frequent complaint and it is inherent to progressive lenses, not a defect. The fix is technique: look through the top for distance, the middle for screens, the bottom for print, and turn your head instead of sliding your eyes sideways. If you are still uncomfortable after a week, return them.
Complaint 2: 'The strength was not right for me'
Non-prescription multifocals use a graduated design tuned to the common presbyopic range. If you wear a strong or uneven prescription, that will not match. Tell us the drugstore strength you currently use in your order notes and we will sanity-check it before dispatch.
Complaint 3: 'Shipping took longer than I expected'
Orders leave within 24 hours on business days, but tracked international delivery still takes 5–9 business days to most of the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand, and up to 14 days elsewhere. Customs delays are the main outlier and they are outside our control. Tracking is emailed the moment a label is scanned.
Complaint 4: 'I bought elsewhere and got something different'
The complaints that describe flimsy frames or a single-power lens almost always trace back to a marketplace listing we did not fulfil. We sell only through this site. If you bought from a third-party seller we have no record of the order and cannot honour the guarantee.
How returns actually work
Email support with your order number inside 30 days of delivery. We reply with return instructions and refund the product price once the parcel is scanned back. No arguments, no restocking fee.
