OptiReaders Pro on eBay: what buying there actually risks
We sell OptiReaders Pro only at optireaderspro.net. eBay listings using our name are not something we operate, stock, or guarantee — and eBay's auction and used-item formats add risks (condition, seller variability, no fixed strength range) that a direct order does not carry.
Official store pricing
1 Pair $29.99 · 2 Pairs $49.99 · 3 Pairs $69.99
Free shipping on 2+ pairs · 30-day money-back guarantee
Why eBay specifically adds extra risk
eBay hosts both new and used goods, sold by both individual sellers and small businesses, often in auction format with no fixed price. That combination means three extra questions you would not need to ask on a manufacturer's own site: is this item actually new, is the seller's feedback history representative of how they handle eyewear specifically, and does the final auction price even reflect what the item is worth once you count shipping.
None of that is unique to reading glasses, but it matters more for something you wear on your face daily. A pair listed as "like new" that has already been worn will not carry a factory-sealed lens coating, and there is no way to inspect that before bidding.
How the official store removes that uncertainty
Every OptiReaders Pro order at optireaderspro.net is new stock, packed to order, at a fixed price with a strength you choose from +1.00 to +3.50 in 0.25 steps. There is no auction, no "best offer," and no ambiguity about condition. Shipping is tracked, and shipping is free once an order reaches 2 or more pairs.

If a pair already arrived from an eBay seller
File it through eBay's own return process or Money Back Guarantee — that transaction and payment went through eBay, not us, so we have no order to look up. If the strength or frame does not match what you need, we can help going forward: order directly and email support@optireaderspro.net with any questions before or after you buy.
Who this page is not for
If you specifically want a used or discounted pair and understand you are giving up a manufacturer guarantee to get it, that is a reasonable trade-off eBay is built for — this page will not talk you out of it. It is written for people who assumed an eBay listing was the same as ordering from the official product page and want to know it is not.
