Does OptiReaders Pro sell through any authorized resellers?

No. We sell exclusively at optireaderspro.net. We have not authorized any marketplace storefront, third-party seller, or lookalike-name listing to sell on our behalf.

Why do listings using our name show up on so many different marketplaces?

Demand for a searched product name is easy for unrelated sellers to piggyback on with a relisted generic product and copied photos. It costs them nothing to create a listing, and none of it requires our involvement.

How do I know if a listing is genuine?

Check that the checkout domain is optireaderspro.net, that support is reachable at support@optireaderspro.net, and that pricing matches our published $29.99 / $49.99 / $69.99 bundles for 1 / 2 / 3 pairs.

Will my 30-day guarantee cover a marketplace purchase?

No. Our money-back guarantee only applies to orders placed at optireaderspro.net. A purchase made through a third-party listing needs to go through that seller's or platform's own return process instead.

Are all third-party listings scams?

Not necessarily — some may be genuine resale of authentic pairs, others may be unrelated generic products. We cannot verify any of them individually, which is why buying direct is the only way we can guarantee what you receive.

What should I do if I already bought from one of these listings?

Use that platform's own return or dispute process, since the transaction and payment were handled outside optireaderspro.net and we have no order record for it.

Which specific marketplaces and sellers have you reviewed?

We have written up individual checks for Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Temu, AliExpress, Etsy, Shein, and several lesser-known storefront names including Glosrity, Olygee, Opdgea, Solymall and Yifare.

What is the fastest way to confirm I am buying the genuine product?

Go directly to optireaderspro.net, choose your strength from +1.00 to +3.50, and check out there. That is the only channel we can guarantee.

Why our name keeps showing up on unrelated storefronts

Once a product name starts getting searched regularly, it becomes an easy target for unrelated sellers to attach to a listing — a generic pair of readers, relabeled with our name and photographed using images copied from this site. Creating that listing costs the seller nothing and requires no approval from us, which is why the same pattern shows up on large platforms and smaller, less-familiar storefronts at the same time.

We are not asserting that every listing bearing our name is dishonest. We simply have no visibility into what any of them actually ship, price, or guarantee, since none of them are supplied by us.

Large marketplaces we have reviewed

Marketplace	What to check first
Amazon	Seller name on the listing versus "OptiReaders Pro" as manufacturer
eBay	New vs. used condition, auction pricing, seller feedback
Walmart	First-party stock versus third-party marketplace seller
Temu	Unusually low pricing relative to a graduated lens product
AliExpress	Long factory-direct shipping windows and unverified quality
Etsy	Handmade/vintage marketplace norms versus a manufactured optical product
Shein	Fast-fashion sourcing model applied to eyewear

Lesser-known storefront names we have reviewed

Storefront name	Primary check on that page
Glosrity	Comparing lookalike frame shapes against our TR90 frame
Olygee	At-home tests for whether a lens is genuinely progressive
Opdgea	What a genuine unboxing includes: case, cloth, packaging
Solymall	Return friction and dispute timelines versus our guarantee
Yifare	Unlabelled or "universal" strength claims as a red flag

The verification checklist that applies everywhere

Checkout domain reads optireaderspro.net, not a different or misspelled address
Support email is support@optireaderspro.net, reachable directly
Bundle pricing matches 1 Pair $29.99, 2 Pairs $49.99, 3 Pairs $69.99
Strength is chosen from +1.00 to +3.50 in 0.25 steps, named clearly before you pay
A 30-day money-back guarantee is stated, not just implied

What we can and cannot do about these listings

We report copycat listings to platforms when we become aware of them, but marketplaces move slowly and sellers often relist under new account names. What we control directly is our own channel: a fixed price, a stated strength range, tracked shipping, and a 30-day money-back guarantee you can rely on because it is backed by an actual order record. If you have questions about any listing you have seen, email support@optireaderspro.net before you buy.

Who this page is not for

If you have already decided to buy a generic, unrelated product at a lower price and understand it will not carry our guarantee, this hub is not meant to talk you out of that choice. It is written for anyone trying to figure out whether a specific listing they found is connected to the official product sold in our official bundles.
