The guarantee

If OptiReaders Pro are not right for you, you have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return. We refund the product price in full. There is no restocking fee.

How to start one

Email support@optireaderspro.net with your order number and a one-line reason — it helps us improve the product. We reply with the return address and instructions. Post the item back in any protective packaging; the original case is ideal.

When the refund lands

We process the refund to your original payment method within two business days of the parcel being scanned back to us. Depending on your bank it then takes a further three to five business days to appear.

Exclusions and notes

• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at our cost — send a photo and we will sort it.
• We can only process returns for orders placed at optireaderspro.net.
• Requests after 30 days are handled case by case; email us anyway.
