What we cannot help with

We cannot give medical or optometric advice, and we cannot look up orders placed through third-party marketplace sellers — those are not our orders and we have no record of them.

Before you email about delivery

Tracked delivery typically takes 5–9 business days to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand, and 7–14 days elsewhere. If your tracking has not moved in five business days, email us and we will chase the carrier.
