OptiReaders Pro on Walmart: first-party stock vs marketplace listings
OptiReaders Pro ships only from optireaderspro.net. Walmart.com blends its own stock with a large third-party marketplace, and a listing under our name there would be a marketplace seller's page, not something we supplied, priced, or verified.
Official store pricing
1 Pair $29.99 · 2 Pairs $49.99 · 3 Pairs $69.99
Free shipping on 2+ pairs · 30-day money-back guarantee
Why Walmart's marketplace structure matters here
Unlike a single-vendor site, Walmart.com carries millions of items from thousands of third-party sellers alongside items Walmart itself stocks. A shopper searching our product name can land on either type of listing, and there is no visual cue in the search results distinguishing a listing we supplied from one a marketplace seller created independently using our name and photos.
We are not claiming any specific Walmart listing is fraudulent. We simply have no relationship with Walmart's marketplace and cannot confirm what any given seller ships, at what price, or under what condition.
What an official order includes
Every OptiReaders Pro order placed at optireaderspro.net includes a strength chosen from +1.00 to +3.50 in 0.25 steps, a TR90 frame, a hardshell case and cloth, and tracked worldwide shipping, backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a power turns out wrong, email support@optireaderspro.net and we will swap or refund it.

If a Walmart order already arrived
Handle it through Walmart's own return process, since that order and payment were processed by Walmart or its marketplace seller, not us. We have no record of it. For the strength range and guarantee described on our glasses specification page, order directly next time.
Who this page is not for
If you already know a Walmart marketplace item is a different, unrelated product and are happy with that trade-off, this page is not aimed at you. It is written for shoppers who assumed a Walmart listing carrying our name was the same graduated progressive product sold in our official bundles.
