The problem with single-power readers at a desk
Full reading magnification puts a monitor out of focus, so you lean forward or tilt your chin up to find a workable angle. Hold that for hours and the result is neck and shoulder strain — often blamed on the chair when it is the glasses.
Where the intermediate zone helps
